Abstract
We report two patients with intractable partial seizures who developed gene ralized nonconvulsive status epilipticus (NCSE) after receiving tiagabine ( TGB). Neither had a history of absence seizures or generalized epileptic di scharges on prior EEG monitoring. Clinicians need to be aware of a possible association between TGB and NCSE.
