We report a case of acute self-limiting ulcerative jejunitis of unknown aet
iology in a 72-year-old female patient in which a subsequent diagnosis of m
icroscopic polyangiitis and Sjogren's syndrome was made, AII known causes o

Previously reported cases of acute self-limiting jejunitis are reviewed and
the possibility that acute jejunitis in this patient had been the first ma
