This paper describes and analyzes the transition process to the normal stat
e in BSCCO 2212 Fibers grown using a LFZ process. To study this transition
a specific installation was developed allowing to test and measure fibers u
nder pulsed operation. The origin and the propagation mechanism of the tran
sition have been analyzed, and models to predict the evolution of magnitude
s such as the resistance or the temperature are proposed and verified with
experimental temperature are proposed measurements.
