Abstract
Fenethyllin (Fitton) is a drug increasingly abused in Europe and Israel. Wh ile the risk of fenethyllin-induced psychosis is known, there have been no publications of fenethyllin alone inducing psychosis. Two cases are present ed of patients who developed psychoses shortly after increases in fenethyll in ingestion. The psychoses were characterized by: 1) paranoid delusions, e specially concerning their spouses, 2) preservation of orientation in all s pheres, 3) a rapid resolution upon cessation of fenethyllin.
