Abstract
Intramolecular dehydration of a cage-diol results in the title compound. Th is crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c; a = 8.6403(8), b = 9 .5698(7), c = 14.062(1) Angstrom beta = 107.47(7)degrees; and Z = 4.
