Abstract
Using transmission electron microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, immuno-ele ctron microscopy, and biochemical techniques such as 2-D electrophoresis an d immunoblotting, actin was found in all biological stages of the microspor idia Encephalitozoon hellem and Encephalitozoon cuniculi.
