Abstract
A 57-year-old male with unstable angina and an eccentric 88% diameter steno sis of the left anterior descending artery prior to, and involving the firs t diagonal branch was treated with the 2nd generation Jomed Sidebranch(TM) stent (Jomed, Randingengen, Germany). This case outlines the improvements i n this novel stent design and demonstrates the rapid advance of device desi gn.
