The WDM4 laser array is capable of simultaneous 4-lambda 100 km transmissi
on through a standard nondispersion-shifted fiber, with a simultaneous and
independent direct modulation at 2.5 Gb/s for each of the four WDM channels
spaced by 200 GHz.
