The spin-fluctuation-induced superconductivity of cuprates are studied by u
sing a d-p model within a fluctuation exchange approximation. When the supe
rconducting gap of d(x2-y2) type is well developed at low temperatures the
antiferromagnetic spin susceptibility shows a sharp resonance peak reminisc
ent of the 41 meV neutron scattering peak in YBa2CU3O7 In relation to this
resonance peak the calculated one-electron spectral density around k = (pi,
0) shows a sharp quasi-particle peak followed by a dip and hump structure a
s was observed in an angle-resolved photoemission experiment. (C) 1999 Else
