Abstract
Among 14 randomised patients with proliferative lupus nephritis, monthly in travenous immunoglobulin maintained remission over 18 months, similar to st andard intravenous cyclophosphamide treatment. Pulsed immunoglobulin may be a useful alternative therapy in lupus nephritis.
