In the self-generated atmosphere the kinetics, topography and composition o
f products of the thermal transformations of the formates Fe(ll,NI), Ni(ll)
, Cu(ll), Pb(ll), oxalates Fe(III), metal containing monomers - acrylates o
f simple and cluster cations M(CH2=CHCOO)(n). mH(2)O (MAcr(n), M = Co(II),
Ni(II), Cu(II), Fe(III)), maleate Co(II) as well as (co)crystallizates of F
eAcr(3) and CoAcr(2) (1:1, 2:1) have been studied. Influence of different f
actors both on the thermolysis kinetics and on reached product dispersion h
ave been studied. The correlation between the formed metal containing produ
ct dispersion and the kinetic parameters of thermolysis process are ascerta
ined It was shown that the synthesis of nanosized metal-containing particle
s and their stabilization in polymer matrix during the thermal transformati
on of the carboxylates bf the unsaturated acids can be realized simultaneou
sly. The problems of the products dispersion control by the solid state rea
ctions are discussed. (C) 1999 Acta Metallurgica Inc.
