Abstract
Irradiation were carried out on solid solutions of pure barium sodium nioba te (BNN) as well as Nd doped BNN ceramic samples using 100 MeV Fe+ heavy io n beam of 15 UD Pelletron accelerator. Dielectric measurements were carried out in the temperature range 30 degrees C-400 degrees C at 1 MHz on BNN ce ramic samples before and after irradiation. It was observed that the dielec tric behavior changes with heavy ion irradiation. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
