Abstract
Four children presenting with ventricular tachycardia with a left bundle br anch block morphology were evaluated and found to have structurally normal hearts but abnormal endomyocardial biopsies. All four children had spontane ous resolution of their ventricular rhythm abnormalities during follow-up.
