Abstract
Thermally stimulated current and pyroelectric response of Pb(Zr0.44Ti0 .56)O-3 thin film prepared on stainless steel substrate by sor-gel met hod and rapid thermal processing were studied. Pyroelectric coefficien t of the film as processed amounted to p similar to 1.3.10(-4) C/m(2)K and the film exhibits an internal bias responsible for high density o f thermally stimulated current.
