The results of the social-psychological researches of the leaders of the Ru
ssian business which, in the opinion of the experts and professional commun
ity, may be referred to business elite are generalized. The self-estimation
s of the business and personality qualities, which are necessary for succes
sful enterprise activity in conditions of Russia defined with the help of t
he specially constructed scale, were analyzed. The comparative analysis of
the psychological qualities of the leaders of male and female business is g
iven which make a potential of the leadership in enterprise activity. The d
ata concerning structure of motivation in businessmen and businesswomen are
presented. Some psychological peculiarities of the businesswomen, inferred
by means of soft deep interviews, are described.
The research was carried out by method of soft deep interview with 80 respo
ndents in 6 regions of Russia, including Moscow. The deep interviews are co
mplemented by self-estimations and scaling.
