Two-fragment alpha-adrenolytics 1. Addition of beta-aroxyethylamines and N-arylpiperazines to dialkyl vinylphosphonates

Dialkyl beta-(2-aroxyethylamino)ethylphosphonates, N-[beta-(2-methoxyphenox y)ethyl]-N'-[beta-(diethoxyphosphoryl)ethyl] -alpha,omega-diaminoalkanes, a nd diethyl beta-(N-arylpiperazino)ethylphosphonates were synthesized by the reactions of dialkyl vinylphosphonates with beta-aroxyethylamines, N-[beta -(2-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl]-alpha,omega-diaminoalkanes, and N-arylpiperazines , respectively. The compounds synthesized exhibit hypotensive and alpha-adr enolytic activities.
