A benign primary pulmonary meningioma, an extremely rare tumour, was incide
ntally detected in a 57-year-old woman in association with a contralateral
pulmonary adenocarcinoma. The meningioma was initially suspected to be a me
tastasis. Both tumours were excised, with excellent outcome. Anatomic featu
