Abstract
A new enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)for the detection of gE-spec ific antibodies induced following infection with field strains of BHV1 is d escribed. Data documenting the specificity and detectability of antibodies are described, a preliminary comparison of additional test characteristics has also been conducted.
