Abstract
Radial keratotomy has recently been introduced for the correction of m yopia. This procedure does not hinder progression of the pathophysiolo gical changes in the myopic eye. We hereby describe a case of rhegmato genous retinal detachment operation after radial keratotomy and presen t the operative considerations and refractive results.
