Abstract
Studies on interactions between DNA and DNA-targeting molecules are of grea t importance not only to elucidating the action mechanisms of some anti-tum or and anti-viral drugs and some carcinogens, but also to the design of art ificial nucleases and proles for DNA structures. In this article, recent ad vances in the studies of interactions between DNA and DNA-targeting molecul es with different structures are reviewed.
