Abstract
To explain the temperature dependence of self-diffusion coefficients, stati c shear viscosity, and electrical conductivity of highly viscous electrolyt es, the cluster representations developed by the authors are used. The inte rconnection of the enumerated transport coefficients with the most importan t kinetic characteristic of supercooled states - the lifetime of weakly bou nd clusters - is established. Internal self-consistency of the proposed for mulas and their accord with experimental results is discussed. Interpretati on of Vogel-Tamman-Fulcher temperature relationship is given.
