Moment analysis of process J/Psi ->rho eta pi and 1(-+) exotic hybrid

Does an exotic 1(-+) hybrid candidate <(rho)over cap> (1405) in the vicinit y of a(2) (1320) exist? It is worth to confirm this state in the process J/ Psi --> rho eta pi at the BEPC Beijing Electron-Positron Collider)/BES (Bei jing Spectrameter). Considering <(rho)over cap> (1405), a(2) (1320) and a(o ) (1450) overlap in this mass region, the three-state coupling structure mo de is discussed by using the generalized moment analysis method. A series o f moments for the mode and a criterion are given for confirming the exotic 1(-+) hybrid.
