Abstract
Raman spectra of layered ferroelectrics Sr2+xBi4-xTi5-xNbxO18 (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 2) and Sr2Bi4-xLaxTi5O18 at room temper ature in the range of 20-1000 cm(-1) were investigated. Vibration modes wer e assigned with the internal mode approach. Two doping-induced structure ph ase transitions were observed at about x = 0.5 and 1.25 for Sr2+xBi4-xTi5-x NbxO18, separately.
