Vd. Koshevar, On the stability of organomineral suspensions containing Lewis acids and bases as the dispersion medium, COLL J, 61(4), 1999, pp. 479-484
A correlation is established between the sedimentation stability, structuri
zation, and acid-base properties of the components of the beryllium oxide-p
oly(methyl methacrylate)-solvent system at various concentrations of the st
abilizer and dispersed phase and different natures of the solvent. The iden
tical behavior of the given composition and of the kaolin-poly(methyl metha
crylate)-solvent system studied earlier makes it possible to formulate prin
ciples that allow us to predict the macroscopic characteristics of similar
systems.
