Tf. Kuznetsova et al., Sorption of water vapor with magnesium-chromium double hydroxide precipitated in the presence of sodium decyl sulfate, COLL J, 61(4), 1999, pp. 485-487
It was shown by X-ray diffraction and water vapor sorption that the presenc
e of sodium decyl sulfate during precipitation of magnesium-chromium binary
hydroxide varied its structural and texture-sorption properties. The speci
mens obtained had a layered double structure, in which the interplanar spac
ing d(003) increased from 1.02 to 2.94 nm with an increase in decyl sulfate
concentration from 0.05 to 1.00 mol per mole of hydroxide. The specimens h
ad a microporous texture.
