Abstract
zResearch over the past 18 months has revealed that many membranous organel les move along both actin filaments and microtubules. it is highly likely t hat the activity of the microtubule motors, myosins and static linker prote ins present on any organelle are co-ordinately regulated and that this cont rol is linked to the processes of membrane traffic itself.
