Abstract
Psychoses are increasingly being traced to biological aetiologies, and the
distinction between organic and nonorganic psychoses is becoming vague. Thi
s review covers recent 'biological' findings that indicate that psychosis m
ay be the end point for a range of brain disorders. Hence, the term organic
