Abstract
A new property of dielectrics in mixtures which is non-interactive and dist ributive has been defined. The Taylor expansion of this new property and su bsequent use of the Padi approximation has generated the parametric express ion for the new property which has been used to develop a dielectric mixtur e model that works better than some alternatives.
