Scattered lookahead without finding polynomial roots or solving simultaneous equations

In this paper, we describe a method of calculating scattered lookahead coef ficients that leads to a simple closed-form expression for the scattered lo okahead filters. The coefficients are then found by simple polynomial multi plication. We also give closed-form expressions for any recursive decomposi tion of scattered lookahead.
