Abstract
Most of the foreign bodies swallowed by children pass the entire gastrointe stinal tract without any complication. Neonatal intestinal foreign bodies a re extremely rare. A newborn with a small bowel obstruction caused by a fre sh grape is reported. Copyright (C) 1999 by W.B. Saunders Company.
