Abstract
A rare case of duodenal duplication cyst containing stones in a 17-year-old patient is presented. The cyst, acting as a leading point for duodeno-jeju nal intussusception caused proximal small bower obstruction and hyperbiliru binemia. Preoperative diagnosis was based on abdominal computerized tomogra phy. At operation, the cyst wall was unroofed creating free drainage into t he duodenal lumen without damaging the biliary and pancreatic ducts with re solution of symptoms. Copyright (C) 1999 by W.B.
