Abstract
Reaction of pyromellitimide with the binuclear palladium complex [Pd-2(mu-C l-2)(1,2-C6H4NMe2)(2)] in the presence of base affords a box-like, pyromell itimidato(2-), octa-palladium complex exhibiting helical chirality, for whi ch H-1 NMR and single crystal X-ray data are reported.
