Abstract
The desorption of negative secondary ions from vacuum evaporated layers of decacyclene and phenylalanine deposited on surface upon the impact of HCI i s investigated by time-of-flight SIMS. The relative yield of small and larg e sputtered species is measured for different charge states. A special atte ntion is brought to the desorption of the monomer anion.
