Abstract
Bremsstrahlung energy losses of electrons scattered by atomic ions, includi ng a pure Coulombic case, are obtained for low relativistic electron scatte ring energies. Analytical calculations are compared with those calculated n umerically in the relativistic partial wave approximation.
