Probabilities for electron-positron pair production with capture of the ele
ctron into the 1s(1/2) state in U92+-U92+ collision at 0.47 MeV/N are calcu
lated with the finite-element method. Using the time reversal symmetry we o
btain these probabilities by developing the U91+(1s(1/2)) state in time on
a three-dimensional finite element grid and projecting on the target states
of the negative continuum.
