Abstract
The beam splitter is an optical analog for spin and angular momentum. Using SU(2) group operator methods, we demonstrate how the unitary class of Robe rtson intelligent spin starts can be generated and tested for generalized m inimum uncertainty by photomixing of photon pairs from parametric down-conv ersion.
