Formation of Cr(III) hydroxide produced by reduction of CrO42- ions with hy
drazine and hydroxylamine and also hydrolysis of hydrated Cr3+ salts were s
tudied by the spectrophotometric technique. The behavior of Pu(VI) in ammon
ia and alkaline solutions and Pu(V) in NaOH solutions in the course of prec
ipitation of Cr(III) hydroxide was studied by radiometric technique.
