Abstract
Investigations of crystal structure, infrared spectra and electron spin res onance of the complex of the fullerene C-60 with chloro(triphenylophosphine )gold have been performed. It was stated that the C-60. 2[(Ph3P)AuCl] compl ex is a molecular crystal in which van der Waals interactions are predomina nt. The electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrum was discussed and explained. A phase transition at about 195-200 K was suggested. (C) 1999 Elsevier Sci ence S.A. All rights reserved.
