Abstract
Bronchiectasis may occur with various congenital and acquired immunodeficie ncy diseases. The association of bronchiectasis and the X-linked lymphoprol iferative disease (XLP), also known as Duncan's disease is unknown. We desc ribe the case of a 39-year-old man with XLP, the oldest surviving, who deve loped chronic bronchiectasis with hemoptysis and required a pneumonectomy t o control his symptoms.
