Abstract
A method is proposed for studying robust stability of uncertain linear syst ems subject to actuator saturation. It hinges upon successive LMI relaxatio ns and therefore can readily be implemented using widely available numerica l tools. The technique is illustrated on two examples and is shown to signi ficantly improve previously published results. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Lt d. All rights reserved.
