Charge-transfer reactions are observed in a photoluminescence study of NF3-
doped free krypton clusters. They show up in emissions from Kr+F- free exci
mers ejected from the clusters, and from excited Kr2+F- and Kr-2(+)(NF3)(m)
(-) (m greater than or equal to 1) solvated in the clusters. The results sh
own that reaction dynamics in clusters differs considerably from that in th
e gas and solid phases.
