Abstract
Copper(II) ion can be embedded in the aggregates formed by anilinic compoun ds, such as 2,4-dimethoxyaniline 2-aminophenol, 4-aminophenol, protonated p olyaniline, through a reaction of catalytic amounts of copper complexes suc h as cis-bis (glycinato)copper(II) monohydrate and copper(II) acetate is th e presence of hydrogen peroxide. These aggregates have the property of an i rreversible thermoelectric switch.
