Abstract
Filtration of different electrolytes solutions was performed my means of a gamma alumina ultrafiltration membrane. The experimental determination of t he rejection rate for the salts leads to their phenomenologic parameters si gma and P. The observed rejection are in agreement with a Donnan mechanism of exclusion of the colon outside of the membrane pore.
