Abstract
This review summarizes data for over two hundred and thirty trimeric and ol igomeric copper(II) coordination compounds. Included are trimeric (73), tet rameric (135), pentameric (5), hexameric (12), octameric (5), nonameric (2) and even dodecameric (1) derivatives. In most complexes, the copper(II) is four-, five- and six-coordinate. The structures are discussed in terms of the coordination about the copper(II) atoms, and correlation's are drawn be tween donor atom, bond length and interbond angles. There are several examp les of distortion isomerism.
