Abstract
We derive simple general expressions for the explicit Killing spinors on th e n-sphere, for arbitrary n. Using these results we also construct the Kill ing spinors on various AdSxSphere supergravity backgrounds, including AdS(5 )xS(5), AdS(4)xS(7), and AdS(7)xS(4). In addition, we extend previous resul ts to obtain the Killing spinors on the hyperbolic spaces H-n. (C) 1999 Ame rican Institute of Physics. [S0022-2488(99)00309-6].
