Abstract
Diasteroeselective synthesis of (alpha R, 6R or oromethyl-4-hydroxy-4- (4-chlorophenyl)piperidines, which were produced from the reaction of (alpha R, 6R)- or (alpha R, (alpha-methylbenzyl)-6-difluoromethyl-4-pi peridone and 4-chlorophenyllithium, is described.
