Abstract
The crystal and molecular structure of the mixed-ligand complex Zn(S2CN(i-C 4H9)(2))(2)Phen was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffractometry (Synt ex P2(1) diffractometer, CuKalpha radiation, 1738 F(hkl), R = 0.036). The c rystals are triclinic, a = 18.554(4), b = 10.487(1), c = 17.505(4)Angstrom, alpha = 84.04(2), beta = 94.88(2), gamma = 90.87(2)degrees V = 3377(1) Ang strom(3), Z = 4, d(calc) = 1.287 g/cm(3) space group C (1) over bar. The st ructure consists of monomeric molecules in which the zinc atom has a distor ted octahedral environment (4S + 2N).
