Abstract
A new type of dual-port, dual-frequency SSFIP/PIFA antenna is described Its main characteristics are a wide bandwidth at both frequencies, high isolat ion between ports, and simple construction, together with good radiation pr operties. As an example of application a DECT + DCS 1800/WLAN antenna has b een realized, and is described in derail with measured data. (C) 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
