Abstract
Based on quantum-chemical calculations, the possibility of the existence of the [He2O](2+) dication with a linear atomic configuration in the triplet 1(3)Sigma(g)(-) State is found. The equilibrium internuclear distances acid vibrational spectrum are found, and the lifetime tau similar to 5 x 10(2) s for this dication is estimated.
