Abstract
According to theoretical concepts, the dependence of the exchange integral on the interatomic distance J(ab)(r.) has an extremum. But the dependence o f the Curie temperature on volume is usually assumed linear, which excludes the description of the behaviour near the extremum. In the current contrib ution we therefore introduce a nonlinear term into J(ab)(r). This can lead to supermagnetostriction.
